What cards do you buy?

We buy One Piece Card Game English cards only. We do not accept Japanese cards at this time.

What are your bulk rates?

Rare (R): $0.05 per card
Super Rare (SR): $0.25 per card
Cards valued at $3 or more: 70% of TCGplayer price (whichever is lower: market price or lowest listed)

Rates are based on bulk quantities and current market conditions.

How do I sell my bulk?

Fill out the Sell Your Bulk form with your card counts and estimated values. We'll review your submission and send you an offer. If you accept, you ship the cards to us for verification and payment.

Do I need to upload pictures?

Photos are recommended for higher-value cards ($3 and up). Clear images help speed up the offer process. Photos of bulk R and SR cards are optional.

What condition do cards need to be in?

Cards should be in good to near-mint condition. Heavily damaged cards (bent, water-damaged, creased, or torn) may be rejected or adjusted in value.

How long does the process take?

Once your form is submitted, offers are typically sent within 1–3 business days. After we receive your cards, payment is usually sent within 1–2 business days following verification.

Who pays for shipping?

You ship the cards to us, and we refund your shipping cost after verification.

Important Shipping Disclaimer:

Only Bulk Cards is not responsible for cards lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. Insurance is optional but strongly recommended and must be purchased at your own cost. If a package is lost in transit, we do not pay for lost packages.

Should I add insurance?

Yes, especially for higher-value shipments. Insurance protects you in case of loss or damage. While not required, it is your responsibility if you choose to insure or not.

What if my card count is different than estimated?

Final payment is based on the verified count and condition once cards arrive. If there is a significant difference from your estimate, we will notify you before proceeding.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payment via Cash App or PayPal only. Your preferred payment method will be confirmed when your offer is accepted.

Can I cancel after submitting the form?

Yes. Submitting the form does not lock you in. You are only committed after accepting the offer and shipping the cards.

Do you return rejected cards?

Rejected or excluded cards are not returned unless requested. Return shipping costs are the seller's responsibility.

Can you refuse a submission?

Yes. We reserve the right to refuse any submission that does not meet our requirements or guidelines.
